Book this service for:- * Follow up Appointments * Preventative Care * Health Improvement * Managing Occasional Symptoms * General Health Evaluations * Newer Symptoms * Acute conditions This service is available in-person or at a distance (remote). You will receive:- * One 2-Hour Health Evaluation w/Bioenergetics Testing - first month only * One 1-Hour Health Evaluation w/Bioenergetics Testing each consecutive month * One 30-45 minute Results appointment per month. * Dietary, Lifestyle & Healing Modality Recommendations * Supplement Protocol * Limit 4 emails per month (excludes technical, scheduling or supplement reorders), but clients may check in with a brief session at $20 for 20 minutes. Price excludes cost of any recommended Supplements and other recommended Healing Modalities. This service is available in-person or at a distance (remote). This service is available as a 3 month, 6 month 9 month or 12 month option. Payment can be either set up on autopay, or paid in full in advance for a discount. Please note: Appointments extending beyond the scheduled, allotted time are subject to a $20 surcharge per 20 minutes. PLEASE ALLOW UP TO 2 HOURS FOR YOUR FIRST APPOINTMENT.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellations made 24 hours or more in advance will receive a full refund. Cancellations or rescheduling requests made with less than 24 hours notice will incur a $30 late cancellation fee. Please note that Results Appointments are non-refundable, as preparation and review of your results is completed in advance.
