Frequently asked questions
Functional medicine is a personalized, root-cause approach to health. Instead of only managing symptoms, it looks at how factors like nutrition, gut health, hormones, lifestyle, stress, and environmental exposures may contribute to imbalances in the body. The goal is to support the body’s natural ability to restore balance and improve long-term wellness.
Holistic medicine considers the whole person — body, mind, and lifestyle.
