Service Description

We will help you fill your pantry and fridge with healthier food options that are customised to your specific health conditions or health goals. A free book will also be provided that will give you yummy recipes so that you don't feel that you are missing out on your favourite foods. If you are local to us, this experience can be done together at a local store or we will provide you with a list of recommended foods. We will be happy to accompany you in your shopping experience to provide recommendations and education. This service can also be offered online. Please note this is not a service where we do the shopping on your behalf and this is not a delivery service. We will be asking you about your current diet and health conditions prior to your appointment. However this does not include a health evaluation.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations made 24 hours or more in advance of the event date will receive a 100% refund. A $30 fee will be retained should cancellations be made with less than 24 hour notice.
